Eli Frolov, a licensed and experienced notary public, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Edmonds Notary. Eli holds a Bachelor's degree from both the University of Calgary and a Master's degree from Simon Fraser University (SFU), providing a strong foundation in legal and professional practices.
Before becoming a notary public, Eli gained experience working with major publicly traded companies, including EnCana Corporation and Cenovus Energy Inc.
